How much I need to pay to be mystery shopper?
Nothing, it is free and never pay a red cent to get a shopping companies list or anything else it’s available free online.

I’m not US resident; can I be a mystery shopper?
Yes you can, it’s international and available every where but in some places like USA there are more companies if you compare it with other places, for example there are 600 companies in NY and IL, this number of companies who hire mystery shoppers could not be found outside USA.

Can I be a mystery shopper?
There is no special characteristic of mystery shopper; you can be a mystery shopper if you are male or female, young or old, full-time employee or part-time employee, jobless or business owner, retiree or student, married or single, tall or short, beautiful or ugly, resident or visitor, there are no rules to be accepted on this job, congratulation you are qualified to this job and you can take your position from this moment.

How many assignments can I make per month?
You can take as much as you want but do not accept assignment and do not do it; doing so will deprive you from further assignments.

How many assignments can I accomplish per day?
Depends on the nature of the assignments which you choose, some assignments take a few minutes to be done and some of them need hours like eating in restaurants or watching a movie. You can decide what kind of assignments you want to do and how much assignments you want to do.

How to find mystery shopper companies?
Visit the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) website at http://www.mysteryshop.org for more information about how to be a mystery shopper with MSPA Company, there is a database of available jobs.
And also search Google for legitimate mystery shopping companies accept applications online and do not charge for application fee. Use these keywords to find so many companies ”mystery shopping companies”.

How much time will I spend in each store?
It depends on the kind of the assignment, some of the assignments take only few minutes and some of them take hours like eating in fine restaurants. You can estimate the required time to complete the assignment form its details and scenario, later on you will be expert enough to decide how much time each assignment takes and what kind of assignments you want to do.

When will I be paid?
You will be paid a pre-determined rate; this rate will be available with each assignment details before you accept to do it. After you complete you assignment and submit your report, you will be paid according to the mystery shopping company’s schedule, you will need to wait from one week to two months to receive your payment.

What if I do not receive your payment?
You have to wait for the time that they told in advance that your payment wants to reach you, what ever days, weeks, or more. If this time passed without receiving your payment you have to contact them in order to inform them that you did not receive your payment in the date that they have mentioned.

Will they assign me to do assignments that I do not like to do?
No, you will do assignments that you choose in the time you choose and the place you choose. It is so flexible job that you work only when you want to make extra money in your spare time.

Are there scam mystery shopping companies?
Yes, there are and you can know them if they asked to pay money because it is free for shoppers.

Ignore companies ask you to do the follows:

How much money will I make?
You will be paid for each assignment depends on the time needed to be accomplished and the scenario that you will follow; some companies pay you from $10 to $20 for each assignment which takes a few minutes to be accomplished, you can do 10 like this within a few hours in the same day to make from $100 to $200 in a single day, it’s pretty nice to get paid from $100 to $200 in one day for eating for free, shopping, and having fun. Some companies pay you more to do assignments take more time to be done.
